Ingredients of Recipe:
1 tbsp oil
1/4 tsp cumin seed
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 onions (chopped)
1 capsicum (sliced)
4 small onions (cut in halves)
2 tomatoes (chopped)
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp coriander leaves
Salt to taste
How to create mushroom do pyaza:
Heat oil in an exceedingly pan, add cumin and once it starts to splatter add ginger-garlic paste and onion.
Fry until the onions ar clear.
Then add all the spices, coriander powder, turmeric powder and red chili. combine all the ingredients well and let it cook for a moment.
Add tomatoes and cook for two minute, until tomatoes ar very little nonwoody.
Add the little onions and bush and fry for 2-3 minute, until bush is small soft.
Now add the mushroom items together with salt. cowl it with a lid and cook until done. Cook on low flame.
When mushroom ar soft-bo add finely sliced coriander leaves and juice.
Mix gently and serve.
Note : just in case you are doing not have little onions then use normal onions. however keep in mind to chop them in huge items.
